The short version: your list never leaves your device.
Last updated October 1, 2026
Your lists and labels
When you paste a list or open a CSV or Excel file, your browser reads it on your device. The labels and the PDF are made there too. LineUp Labels doesn't receive, see or keep your list, your labels or your PDFs.
What your browser keeps
The site uses your browser's local storage for settings and printer profiles, such as the correction you save on the calibration page (up to 12 printers, under the key labels.printers.v1). It stays on this device and isn't sent anywhere. To delete it, clear this site's data in your browser's settings.
If your browser blocks storage, everything still works for the visit; it just isn't remembered.
Analytics, ads and cookies
There's no analytics, no advertising and no tracking for now, and the site sets no cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from other companies. If that changes, this page will say so first.
Server logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may record standard request details, such as IP address, time and browser, to keep the site running and secure. Your list is never part of a request.
Changes
If anything here changes, this page and its date will be updated.
